1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Nexus Digital's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Services
Nexus Digital provides digital solutions including web development, mobile applications, and custom business tools. Each project is subject to a separate service agreement outlining specific deliverables and timelines.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in a specific contract, all custom code and digital assets developed for a client become the property of the client upon final payment, while Nexus Digital retains rights to pre-existing libraries and general methodologies.
4. Limitation of Liability
Nexus Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses.
5. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of the jurisdiction in which Nexus Digital operates.
